There is a Search feature on all pages within our site at the top left of each page. Simply type the product name, model, or part number into the search bar and click the "GO" button. If you are unable to find an item using the search function this DOES NOT MEAN WE DO NOT CARRY IT. There is also a Product Catalog section link at the top of all pages in our site. What Are My Payment Options?

Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address so that we, along with the manufacturer, can contact you for any further information we may require to process your order. Please note that mailing checks or money orders may add to your order's processing time.
Purchase Order – Lou Zampini & Associates gladly accepts purchase orders from commercial customers. Please contact customer service for information on placing a purchase order, or simply mail in or fax your Purchase Order to 401-353-0113. Once received, we will process the order and ship under Net 30 payment terms providing your company's credit rating is acceptable.
Wire Transfer – For international orders and larger domestic orders we may be able to accept Wire Transfer payment. Please contact our customer service line for more information on this service.
Do you ship international?
Lou Zampini & Associates gladly accepts orders from international customers. You may use any of our ordering options and we will send you an acknowledgement including shipping costs upon recieving your order. If you have an international shipping account, we will gladly use your carrier. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-353-4676 or 401-354-8878 for further information or for international shipping quotes on your order.
Order Confirmation
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation will include both an invoice for record of payment and your Order Number. This email is your receipt – if by chance you lose it, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a copy. Please review it upon receipt to check for any unwanted errors – catching them early is key.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please contact us to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your account email address and order number – if you have not received it, there may be an error in your email address within our accounts. We will provide a new confirmation on the spot.
Sales Tax
Lou Zampini & Associates does not charge Sales Tax within the USA except to orders shipping to Rhode Island... There are no surprises-the listed price you see on the product screen is the same price you'll see in your shopping cart.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order please call us at your first possible convenience. Lou Zampini & Associates is able only to accept cancellation requests via phone. Please call us at 1-800-353-4676 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST; Monday thru Friday.
