The D53 torque arm range now includes a variety of arms for low torque
applications, and new spare parts.
• D53-20 Formerly know as the D53, this arm has been re-rated to 20
Nm, and is now capable of being used in heavier assembly
applications.
• D53-20X Formerly the D53X, this extended reach version of the
D53-20 is now also capable of withstanding up to 20 Nm of torque.
• D53-10 This more compact version of the D53 is capable of
withstanding up to 10 Nm of torque, with a much smaller footprint
and profile.
• D53-20Swivel This version of the D53-20 allows an operator a
different range of motion, and is capable of reaching closer to the
base of the arm.

The D53 torque arms eliminate the torque reaction absorbed by operators using assembly tools, and can also be balanced to greatly reduce the amount of weight an operator needs to lift when using a tool. This provides a significant improvement of ergonomics in the work place, protecting workers from injuries such as carpel tunnel
syndrome.
