The QE4T Push to Start tool offers operators an additional level of comfort and enhanced productivity. With its Hall Effect switch on the output spindle, the tool is activated when the operator presses down on the fastener, eliminating the need to press a lever or switch. When used with the I-R EZ Tool Arm the tool becomes both weightless and reaction less to the operator. The QE4T is available in a torque range from 2.0 to 25 Nm with speeds up to 1820 RPM. It is available in both Quick Change and square drives. Easy reverse control, Selector Switch, comfortable grips and bright LEDs allow the operators to focus on their work. The non-contacting switches, heavy duty gear train and DC brushless motor create a durable package that will keep your maintenance cost down. The small size, high speed, ergonomic grip and easy accessible controls will help keep your production line running smoothly.
