This tool is extremely lightweight and easy to use. An adjustment dial on the top of the Chicago Pneumatic CP9361 permits you to select the appropriate power level for your application. Air consumption is extremely low at 1 cfm, and that means your compressor won't be struggling to keep up. Simply connect a compressed air source to this tool via the 8 foot filtered air hose that is included and you are ready to work. An in-line lubricator is recommended to keep your tool working flawlessly and reduce servicing requirement. The CP9361 kit comes complete with anvil for use with chisels, Flat chisel, chisel blank for creating your own points, round nose chisel and a carrying case.

The Desoutter VP2-X is a proven performer in the engraving pen market. This tool has a rugged design made to withstand daily abuse in an industrial enviroment. This is one of the most powerful air scribes available, and it has an adjustable throttle so that you can dial in the power you need.
The VP2-X has it's advantages: it will run reliably at much lower pressures than the other units: around 60PSI works ok. It never stalls if pressure drops (although it will become less powerful) below the recommended 90PSI. Manufacturer's part number 671094.
