This system includes everything you need to set up an independent, ultra-efficient automatic feeding screw assembly operation. With only one moving part, this system has been designed to provide extremely reliable screw feeding so that you don't have to think about picking up screws and setting them on your application ever again. The durable control box features a feeder rate adjustment dial, on/off switch, and power indicator. Inside is a PLC programmable controller set up precisely based on your application to operate at maximum speed and efficiency. The feeder mechanism is CNC cut and hardened to ensure accuracy and durability. The cast feeder bowl carries a lifetime warranty, and a Filter/Regulator/Lubricator assembly is also built in for easy maintenance. Choose between a pistol grip or straigh case pneumatic driver with optional torque control. Jaw options include a non-marring tip, Rigid Counterbore configuration, and ShuckBack functionality.
